This newly renovated designer owned property is an outstanding spot to enjoy your time on Nantucket. Privately tucked in to a well-established Madaket neighborhood, a spacious yard and gorgeous deck/patio, are a welcoming extension of the thoughtful and stylish interiors. With Millie's Restaurant and Madaket Beach just a mile away, there is so much to love about this west-end retreat.
Floor One: Enter to find a comfortable living/TV area to your right. There is a also another living area, just off the kitchen and dining area. There is a door off the kitchen that leads to the back deck. There are three bedrooms on this level. The bedroom with a queen bed has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full on bottom and single on the top. There is a full bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower.
Floor Two: The open and bright master suite includes a private balcony, which overlooks the back yard. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Cancellation Policy: Tenant agrees that it is responsible for the full payment of the rent contemplated herein. Any failure of Tenant to pay rent when due as stated in this contract shall give grounds for Landlord to terminate this agreement. The landlord must notify Agent in writing. In the event that TENANT chooses to cancel the lease, Agent may attempt to re-rent the property, but Amy Sanford Real Estate is not obligated to do so. If the property is re-booked for the amount equal to the original lease, Tenant shall receive a refund, from the owner, for the amount they have already paid, less a 15% cancellation fee of the gross rental amount. If there is a difference in the new rental agreement and the original rental agreement, that amount shall be deducted from the refund to the original tenant, or included in any balance that is outstanding. Weather related refunds will not be given.
