✘ STRICTLY No Parties + Gatherings or additional guests than those originally booked permitted - guests will be given one warning and after this, this will lead to an immediate security eviction with no refund - there is a £200 charge to cover all costs incurred

We have a zero-tolerance policy so please do not force us to call our security if any of the above is breached. You will be asked to leave and will forfeit your deposit as well as the rest of your stay.

Please note we require a refundable security deposit of £250 - this will automatically be released back after your stay!
