However, they are still permitted on the beach walkover, with the following provisions. (1) Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover and (2) Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest speed.
** Unfortunately, due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own.

Summary: My husband and I went on vacation with my parents to relax and hang out during Covid-19. We found this home in watersound west and loved how quiet it was! We wanted to get away from all the people and crowds, and this place was perfect! It was big enough for all of us to spread out when we wanted, but also had space for us the spend time together. We played board games and did puzzles, enjoyed the quiet neighborhood pool, and beach. It felt like we were in a private pool and private beach with just a short walk, bike ride, or car ride away. The internet worked great as well, my husband had to remote work a few days while we were there and he did not have any issues with the wifi or connection. We did have a couple of small issues upon arrival, but we're overall happy with our stay. Check in was super easy and quick! I did have to reach out to the management a few days before arrival to find out how to check-in, but they responded fairly quickly. When we arrived at the house, we did a quick run thought with sanitizer just to be safe. At first glance everything seemed cleaned and tidy, but I noticed that the floors and carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed and the hardwoods really needed to be mopped. After a couple of hours of walking around to unpack and cook dinner my feet were black on the bottom, and I had to wash off before going to bed. The other thing we ran into was that there is an ant problem in the kitchen. We got some ant spray and took care of them, but were very cautious about leaving food out, because they kept coming back periodically. I also had some questions about check out process because no instructions were given to us, and when I reached out to the property management company they did not get back to us, so we checked out and left without any instructions. Maybe they could have sent us emails with the specific check-in/check out instructions a few days prior to arrival. I think the management company needs to be a little more thorough in cleaning, pest control, and preparing your guests for checkin/checkout, but overall the home was great and we enjoyed our vacation.
