Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The chalet and location are lovely. A stunning view of Mount Washington and great base for a relaxing stay or to hike the local trails. It is well equipped and we enjoyed a game of pool in the evenings.
Negative: Unfortunately the smoke alarm started to constantly beep on our first evening. Despite reaching out to the agents managing the property they did not assist us. In the end we bought and replaced the alarm’s battery so that we could sleep and save us from headaches. Very disappointing customer service, particularly for the price paid for the accommodation.
Summary: Lovely chalet and location, but poor customer service/care
