The Space:
Make your way through the front red door and into our freshly designed vacation home. Stepping inside, you're immediately greeted by an open living area with a marble fireplace, tall ceilings, and tons of natural light. Adjacent to the family room, there is a designated dining area with seating for 8. Also located on the main floor is a full-size bathroom with beautiful new tile, vanity, and fixtures and a new modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This property offers a fenced backyard perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the kids play. On the second floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms and one more full-size bath resembling the one on the main floor. Both bathrooms have a single vanity sink. The laundry (washer and dryer) is located in the basement.
LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a generous plush lounge seating that surrounds the large wall-mounted SmartTV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie or game night.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and dishwasher, to take care of all the cleaning up.
Serve up your meals at the kitchen table or gather everyone into the farm table dining room for dinner with a table set for 8 and a highchair available for the little ones.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM - 2ND FLOOR
All three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and consistent modern decor throughout all of the bedrooms, and the home is sure to please the eye! The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.
Heading up the stairs to the left, located in the first bedroom with trundle twin beds that accommodate 4 guests. A wall-mounted large SmartTV and infinite natural light make this bedroom cozy and welcoming.
Bedroom two offers a platform queen-size bed and a crib.
Down the hallway, located in the master bedroom with a platform king-size bed and a pack n' play with its own private balcony area overlooking the backyard.
A full-size bathroom with bathtub shower combo located just around the corner from the master bedroom is shared by all three bedrooms.
LAUNDRY
A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the basement of this home which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.
OUTDOOR/FENCED-IN YARD & DECK
Step out the back door onto your private deck and yard to soak in the beautiful weather that St. Louis has to offer or let the little ones run around the private backyard. The Master bedroom on the second floor has access to the upper-level deck.

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
