Third floor Captain's Room complete with its’ own wet bar, refrigerator, dishwasher, Mahogany flooring and Birch paneling leads to the easily accessible Roof Walk featuring spectacular 180 degree water views & outdoor seating.
Newly renovated in 2021; All new furnishings, lighting, refinished wood flooring, and finished basement with overflow sleeping/additional living area all thoughtfully decorated with attention to every detail.
First Floor: Walk in to this bright & airy living room, with built-in shelving, cathedral ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Refinished wood flooring & fresh new furnishings with a beach aesthetic throughout. Open island kitchen with seating featuring high end appliances. First floor master bedroom (King) with remodeled full size bath w/ shower. Sound system throughout.
Second Floor: Secondary Master bedroom (King) ensuite full bath w/ shower. One additional guest bedroom (Twins) w/ en suite full bath.
