The sleek wet bar with an ice maker adds a touch of sophistication to your lakeside experience. The main floor boasts a living room with a cozy fireplace and a convenient half bath.
Step outside onto the terraced patios that lead you to the water's edge, where a gazebo with a hot tub awaits, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the picturesque lake views. The large dock is ideal for fishing or kayaking, and two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. The private dock ensures that you can make the most of the beautiful waterfront setting.
Inside, the entertainment continues with a theater room, perfect for movie nights with family and friends. The four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The main suite is a haven of luxury with a king bed, a fireplace, a spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and tub, all with breathtaking views of the lake. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer king beds, TVs, and water views, while Bedroom 4 is perfect for the younger guests with two twin beds and one full. The second bathroom includes a shower and tub.
Additional amenities include a screened-in porch, a gas grill for outdoor cooking, and parking for up to six cars. The house features two gas fireplaces—one in the main bedroom and one in the main living area—for added comfort. Ceiling fans in three bedrooms ensure a pleasant breeze, and the cottage comes equipped with two dishwashers, a washer and dryer, and a total of six TVs.
Please note that, unfortunately, pets are not allowed, the garage is not available for guest use and there are a lot of stairs in the home as it is 3 levels and the main living area is on the lower level. Come experience the epitome of lakeside luxury in this Silver Lake retreat!
By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following rules:
(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)
1.) No smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Any boats (if available) used on the property require life jackets be worn and are used at your own risk.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
9.) ***Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. (This cottage is in an association and loud noise will not be tolerated)
10.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
11.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
12.) Kayaks, paddle board and dock will be used at your own risk and Quaint Cottages, LLC will not be responsible for any accidents associated with their use. Life jackets are provided and required. ***Please note that if you are in the narrow channel leaving silver lake watch for boats and move to the side if you see them coming, they can not slow down as it can be shallow in the channel and they must remain on a plane.
These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. Any local imposed fines will be guest resposibility.
