Welcome to the Boho Bungalow! Our newly transformed home has so much to offer. Open our front door and take a step into the comfort and relaxation that the Boho style elicits. After a long trip to get here, curl up on our comfy couches and wrap yourself with one of our many soft throws. Have a cup of coffee or a refreshing beverage on our front porch. Take a swim in our new pool/swim spa combo, or just sit out on the beautiful back deck and enjoy the warm sunshine. 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms.
The Boho Bungalow offers a spacious NEW kitchen, stocked with what you’ll need to cook up a nice meal or take a walk up the street and enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants unique to our area-‘The Lazy Ballerina’ or dessert at ‘Jeremiah’s Ice Cream/ Gelato’. Take a stroll on this same street and visit some local boutiques featuring local artists. Catch a sunset at the beautiful beaches just up the road. And if you must do some work during your stay, we have a quiet area set up just for you.

* Riverwalk behind our home-take a walk and enjoy the beautiful homes along the riverfront or bike 1 mile down and enjoy the downtown Riverwalk which has so much to enjoy including a park, skate park, beach volleyball courts, restaurants and more.
Guests have access to the entire home. We have a few locked cleaning closets.
We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.
We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

1. Please note quiet time is between 10PM and 8AM.
2. We supply the first serving of coffee & water for your convenience as well as the essentials for example paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc... after that it's your responsibility.
3. Please note we do have cameras only on the outside for everyone's safety. Cameras are located at the front door only. This camera records audio and video. This camera needs to be visible at all times. Tampering with cameras could cause a safety issue. If this happens you could be ask to leave without a refund.
4. Linens and Beach Supplies:
We supply all linens. Please note 1 beach towel, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth will be provide per guest. There are washers and dryers on the property for your use. There are beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas and cooler.
