The deck provides breathtaking views, comfortable seating areas, & is the ultimate space for relaxation. Positioned high on a hillside overlooking the Santa Fe River valley, Hummingbird offers optimal views, both morning & evening, of the surrounding mountains to the East & West.
The home's understated southwestern decor is complemented by beautiful artwork, creating an inviting atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for intimate meals at the dining table or al fresco on the deck. The living area features large glass doors that frame the magnificent mountain backdrop. A library, equipped with a daybed and pop-up trundle, is located across from the dry bar and kitchen, which showcases quartz countertops and a stylish black granite island doubling as a breakfast bar. The formal dining area accommodates up to eight guests. Privacy is assured with a layout that offers separated sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The home is on two levels with an internal half stair & 15 or so steps up from the parking area.
Hummingbird is not only aesthetically pleasing but also rich in character. It boasts three fireplaces, an impressive collection of original artwork, century-old Native American artifacts, and a diverse library. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
