Take a 1-min walk to Alki Beach where you can enjoy plenty of outdoor activities, or take a short stroll to find an array of restaurants and cafes.
This 3BR, 1BA is the perfect place to relax, explore and escape. Go for a walk, bike ride, rollerblade, kayak, paddleboard, join a game of volleyball, or just hang out on the sandy beach to take in the cityscape. Bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards are conveniently available for rent.
Featuring a spacious master suite with king-size bed, workstation, and 800 Mbps high-speed WiFi, the space is perfect for remote work or relaxation after an adventurous day. 2 bedrooms with twin-size bed makes our home comfortable for up to 4 guests.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to cook up delicious local market finds. Or just take a 5-minute stroll to find world-class seafood restaurants and cafes.

This charming, vintage beach house is one of the few originals remaining on Alki with lots of character and quirks. The flooring is original and since there is another rental unit upstairs, you may hear occasional footsteps and creaks. We ask ALL guests observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. If occasional noise might bother you, our space may not be the ideal fit. Additionally, the space does NOT have an automatic dishwasher or air conditioning.
No pets, smoking, or unapproved guests or visitors. We have thought through every aspect of your stay to ensure every comfort and amenity is provided. Our aim is to provide an amazing guest experience so your stay at our beach house is positive and memorable!
