Included are 3 HDTVs, DVD, free wi-fi, master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, guest bathroom with tub/shower combination, washer/dryer, screened lanai with heated pool, and 2-car garage, NO GRILL. Pet friendly under 35 lbs. Beds: K/Q/Q. Sleeps 6.
2-month minimum rental required per the Pine Crest Home Owners Association. NOTE: HOA Requires a Lease Application to be submitted 60 days prior to arrival, the Pine Crest HOA requires a background check be be ran on all adults occupying the renal for the term of the lease. Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the first of the month. Call for help with special requests.
Non Refundable Pet Fee $200.00 per dog, 2 dog limit , max weight 35 lbs per dog.
NOTE: ($6.00 per day) Per Diem Utilities Charge per reservation and is included in your reservation total for running the electric pool heater during Winter/Spring months Nov - April and AC usage for Summer and fall months May - Oct.
