Positive: Spacious, well-appointed apartment in a great location. Spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent Wi-Fi and facilities. We genuinely felt at home. Ana and Pedro were so kind and welcoming. Terrific location in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. 50m from metro station, we could get to the heart of Madrid in 20 mins very cheaply. Also 5mins walk from a street full of great eateries and bars.

Negative: Having to leave.
