It is located in a south-facing hamlet planted with olive trees and vines on an area of approximately 4,500 square meters. "Villa tartufa" has been completely, authentically and exclusively renovated in the last year using high-quality materials inside and out. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a richly equipped living room/kitchen of over 50 square meters. A brick fireplace will serve for a perfect barbecue with a beautiful terrace for dining. The spectacular panoramic view of the natural stone villa and the lovely hilly landscape under your feet is extremely beautiful. The covered part of this terrace is equipped with comfortable seating, a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV. There is also a romantic natural stone sauna. Outside there is a restored, traditional, private tavern with an open fireplace. Here you can barbecue and celebrate even in bad weather. Above the tavern is another fully covered loggia. Internet is available as well as 3 private parking spaces. In this villa you can enjoy the company of one pet at no extra charge.
