Positive: Marrocha estate was not too crowded in April. The 3 Pools were good. Our Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was plenty big enough for 6 adults.

Negative: The grounds were poorly kept with weeds growing everywhere in flower beds and lawns except for the pool and reception areas. A lovely Crazy Golf course created about 6 years ago had been allowed to fall into disrepair and is now full of tall weeds, with stony debris lying on the putting areas - such a shame, this could be such a good facility. And there is now only one usable tennis court, while another one has been allowed to fall into disrepair beside a derelict restaurant building which closed down many years ago.. We have visited this place many times at Easter over the last 40 years so this deterioration in maintenance is very apparent to us.

Summary: Good accommodation but the grounds need proper maintenance
