Positive: The hotel itself, including the layout, rooms, lobby, and restaurant are stunning.
Negative: The reception was very odd. We could not figure out how to check in or check out, and there were no English speaking staff. One of the cleaning ladies, Zach Ni, spoke English was extremely accommodating and pleasant. We would have been lost without her. The Thai staff seemed uninterested in customer service. Additionally, because we did not have a car, we were not able to eat food. The restaurant was closed due to an event and there were no other options, not even room service. The pool was wonderful, but seemed abandoned with no towels or services whatsoever.
Summary: Incredible place but seemed abandoned and without services.
