Summary:
This large home stands on acres of gated land in one of Pocatello's most beautiful areas! Complete with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living spaces, and an industrial kitchen, there will be room for everyone! Not to mention the incredible mountainous views, right outside! Part of the home is locked off for storage, as well as no garage access. You MUST have 4 wheel drive if booking in the winter.
The Space:
Upstairs you have two large living rooms, a dining room that seats 10, a kitchen , and laundry. Downstairs you'll find the pool table with another living area. Down the halls in the lower level are 4 bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. You'll have a king, a queen, and two full beds.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is no garage access.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in a gated property. The driveway is paved and lit for night time driving. It is in a rural area, so you can expect to see animals and incredible views of Pebble Creek. There are three homes on the drive, and this is the first. The second home is also a vacation rental, and the last home is rented out.

You will need 4 wheel drive in the winter. Please be aware the home is in the mountains. Wifi can be spotty. You may be exposed to bugs, mice, animal droppings, etc. Absolutely no events allowed.
