Summary: We were greeted right away by three staff members, and everyone was friendly and trying to be helpful. There was some confusion at check-in, as they initially said we only had two rooms even though we had booked and paid for four through the app, and we had to remind them several times. The pool area was a nice place to hang out, and breakfast was simple, toast, fruit, and coffee or tea. The location was very convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel owner was very friendly.
