Een knus vakantiehuisje met veel privacy midden in de natuur. Voor echte natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars of fietsers. Het huisje bestaat uit een badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet. Keuken met elektrisch kookplaat/oven, koelkast, magnetron, koffieapparaat en waterkoker. Wij hebben geen vriesmogelijkheid in de vakantiewoning.
In de slaapkamer 2 eenpersoonsbedden en eventueel zou er in de woonkamer nog 1 logeerbed bijgeplaatst kunnen worden.
Het huisje ligt midden tussen de bomen en de struiken en op een locatie waar vanuit u wandeltochten en fietstochten kunt maken. Bijvoorbeeld fietsen langs de Eems. Op 8 km afstand is er een supermarkt in het dorpje Walchem. Voor de grotere supermarkten kunt u naar Dörpen, waar ook een drogisterij, apotheken, schoenwinkels en restaurants te vinden zijn. Verder zitten wij 8 km van het Nederlandse grensdorp Sellingen af en 15 km van het vestingsdorp Bourtange, beiden provincie Groningen.
En na een prachtige fietstocht kunt u in het vakantiehuisje weer even bijkomen op het nostalgische houten bankje onder het genot van het gezang van vele wilde vogels. Ook hebben wij 4 paarden die graag even worden aangehaald. BBQ-en is mogelijk, maar wel even in overleg i.v.m met perioden van droogte.
Wij willen ook graag gasten met honden een mooie vakantie bieden en hebben rekening gehouden met de inrichting. Hierdoor hebben wij gekozen om geen bank en luxe fauteuils te plaatsen in de vakantiewoning en voldoende bewegingsruimte te creëren voor ook de wat grotere hondenrassen.
