On the left lower level bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom #4 has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). 2 bathrooms (lower lever shower only, main level has showerhead and tub), non coin op washer and dryer on site. Kitchen with stainless electric appliances, griddle, waffle iron, crock pot, gas grill on deck. Decorative fireplace, outside fire pit/patio, wooded lot. Check in 4pm and later, check out 10am. Close to Kenyon, Amish country, Honey Run Falls, Mohican State Park, Ariel Foundation Park, Kokosing bike path and so much more. This home is located 7 miles from Kenyon College, and 10 miles from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. It is only 18 miles from Mohican State Park and Loudonville. It is in the heart of Amish country (approximately a 40 minute drive to Charm and Berlin, in Holmes County), and close to a wonderful golf course, Apple Valley Golf Course. Sadly, Apple Valley facilities (Lake, Beaches, Pools, and Campground) are only to be used by Apple Valley Property Owners.
