This first floor, sunlit flat has been recently renovated with no detail spared! Open concept living! Gorgeous chefs kitchen with splashy waterfall counter and gorgeous tiling. New Furnishings! King bedroom has spa like bathroom adjoining, with dresser and smart TV. Queen bedroom is furnished with smart TV and dresser, a second modern bathroom is in hallway along with stack washer and dryer. Everything is newly renovated with attention to detail! The living room adjoins to an office/study where you will find a sleeper sofa, for guests, or leave it as is for an office (there is a desk). The french doors close off for some privacy. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. This unit is chic and sleek with a spa like vibe! Also has AC mini splits for those humid days. This is a gem of a place. Please make note that you are less than a mile to Baileys and Rejects beach and a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Newport, but still in a very peaceful and quiet location!
