The house consists of the main (king) bedroom with en-suite, second (double) bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. Third bedroom (double) and fourth (single) Bedroom. Family bathroom for the double bedroom and single bedroom.
Downstairs is a beautiful bootroom with exposed beams and tumble dryer. There is a dedicated study with twin aspect windows overlooking the stunning garden. The hallway leads to 2 lounges (perhaps one for the kids and the other for the adults) a downstairs toilet and a large kitchen with dining table to sit 8 guests.
The grounds consist of two patios. The large patio for entertaining, eating and relaxing and a smaller secluded patio, perfect for a morning coffee overlooking the beautiful garden. Within the grounds include the formal garden, an orchard with a variety of Kiwi Fruits, apples, pears, grapes etc, 2 paddocks and river frontage of approximately 500 yards.
