Positive: The pool facilities were excellent, there’s a lovely indoor and outdoor pool! We were in the junior suite which was spacious and the bed was very comfy which was a huge plus. Location was central and super convenient!!
Negative: WiFi is non existent and difficult to connect to cellular data within the property - the staff claim it’s a problem on the island but we’ve stayed / been to areas on the island and within Fira itself where this was not a problem at all. The hot tub in the Junior Suite is not very well maintained but the privacy is a nice touch. When we first entered the room, there was a strong smell of damp but upon turning on the AC it sort of dissipated which was good.
