Positive: The value and location was great

Negative: Spa/ hot tub was available to use. Remotes for tv didn't work and needed batteries for other remotes. I know this might be a little petty on my part but the key code to get in the home is too long. I asked if I could check in early due to our flights coming in early and that was turn down because of the cleaning crew wouldn't be finished. I asked if I could just park there early so that I could walk around in town and that wasn't available to do so either. I believe that both were automated responses. Because when I got there, there was plenty of parking everywhere. We didn't room due to stains on the comforter.
