2 Bedroom Cottage in Vero Beach
Peaceful & quaint. Our home is a centrally-located 2 bedroom (4 beds), 1 bathroom bungalow, walking distance to shops & restaurants. Be sure to catch a sunrise! The home is just 2 miles to Vero's breathtaking South Beach Park & 3 miles to Humiston Beach Park on bustling Ocean Drive. Packed with nightlife, historic downtown Vero Beach is just 1.5 miles. We live here and we want you to feel like a local! Inside, find cards/menus/etc. from a few of our favorite spots.
The space
Rock Ridge is a neighborhood of small CBS homes built in the 1950's to 1960's. The community is located just west of Indian River Boulevard and south of 17th street. Our home is a quaint 2 bedrooms joined by 1 full Jack & Jill bathroom in between. The kitchen, dining and living spaces are open, bright and airy. In the front yard there is a pergola and seating. In the back you will find a patio, plenty of shade, a fire pit, small BBQ grill and chairs for relaxing. Please note the home has gone under extensive renovation and landscaping is coming soon. We love our little slice of vintage Vero Beach and are constantly working to improve our home and our neighborhood. Note: there will never be anyone working on the property while guests are staying there other than lawn care.

You have access to the entire property except for the garage which is awaiting renovations.
Other things to note
In bedroom 2 there are 4 stackable twin beds, however, all 4 beds will not fit in the room when unstacked. The room will fit 3 twins but that will make take up most of the space in the bedroom. If you would like use of the three twins please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
