Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Trinity Cottage is located in a quiet and remote location in Kete on St Ann's Head within a short drive from Dale (2 miles away), a fabulous coastal village with a thriving boating community - would 100% recommend The Boathouse for food, BBQ served by the Sailing Club and the village pub (although booking is recommended). The cottage was comfortable with fabulous sea views from the master bedroom, as well as views across the bay from the well-equipped kitchen and lounge, the property has private parking for 1 car. We particularly enjoyed the views from the back garden looking out towards Milford Haven & Pembroke Dock and out towards the deep blue ocean and the peacefulness only interrupted by cows in the next field, buzzards and seagulls above and waves / sea breeze. You could lie in bed and watch the boats float by from the master bedroom and hear the sound of the ocean breeze and crashing waves. Lounge was very comfortable with a good selection of DVDs, a huge kitchen (and Aga) and separate dining area with well-stocked bookcases including lots of leaflets and local information. Skomer Island boat trips (from Martin's Haven) is approx 6 miles drive away, and an easy commute although some roads were fairly narrow. All in all a very enjoyable stay with great walks and views from the headlands out towards Skomer and Skokholm Islands, plenty of coastal walks with an area steeped in military history.

Negative: NO WIFI at property (despite being advertised as available). Bathroom & shower room very dated.

Summary: A very enjoyable stay in a quiet and comfortable cottage overlooking the ocean.
