Parking: Designated parking space for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Additional street parking is free and plentiful.
Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in a fully-equipped kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, gas oven/range, microwave, and coffee maker. We provide dinnerware, utensils, and stainless steel cookware.
Bedroom: Furnished with a large dresser, a small desk, a closet with a garment rack, and comfy queen-sized bed.
Bathroom: Enjoy a sparkling clean shower (no bathtub), toiletries, and fluffy cotton towels. The clothes washer/dryer is next to the bathroom.
Living Room: Relax on the sofa and enjoy your own streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) through Roku. The sofa reclines to a futon bed if needed - great for kids!
Outdoor Entertainment: Last but not least, get some fresh air and sunshine on the private back deck.

The main house in the front (Casita Mendoza) may be occupied by other guests or long-term renters. The front yard and driveway are shared spaces and should be respected as such. There is ample driveway parking for one vehicle per house. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street.

LONG-TERM GUESTS (staying more than 14 days) should note that our is a furnished home, NOT a hotel. This means that:
- We do not provide a shuttle service from the airport. Rideshare services are readily available anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth.
- The home will be sparkling clean when you arrive but like most we do not provide ongoing cleaning services. We do provide extra linens and cleaning supplies so that you can keep your space tidy. If you prefer to hire someone to clean on a regular basis, we can refer you to our trusted housekeeping service which charges $150 per standard cleaning.
- We provide enough basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc) for at least 2 weeks. Guests will purchase these items for the rest of their stay.
- We WILL maintain our own property like the best landlord you've ever had! Let us know if the Wi-Fi is slow or an appliance stops working. We want to take care of any issue as soon as possible so that you feel right at home.
