In the land of a thousand waterfalls, this 6-acre property enjoys an extraordinary location, providing access to trails. Bring your mountain bike, hiking boots, and visit water falls within just a few miles. Relax comfortably with hot tub, lightning-fast wifi and an awesome game room w/ ping pong, air hockey and basketball arcade.
Rules –There may be dips and divots in the grass. Please be careful. There is a project going on up the hillside that shouldn't have any bearing on guests at the home. The privacy fence is the end of the airbnb property. Kids are not allowed to be near the retaining walls in the back yard and on the driveway. Shower before entering hot tub. DO NOT SIT ON HOT TUB COVER. No food in hot tub. No persons under the age of 18 allowed in hot tub without parental supervision. No parties. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the reservation. No smoking. Pets: PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES. WE REQUIRE A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE TO BE PAID AFTER BOOKING. WE ALLOW MOST DOGS- BUT NO CATS. ALL DOGS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, current on all shots, and on flea and tick prevention. Please pick up all droppings left by pets. No pets are allowed on furniture or beds. Septic: The property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, guest could be charged damages of up to ___$1000.00____. BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use the ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk. Fires: Please keep any fires contained to the fire pit and do not cut branches or any trees down to burn. Do not burn anywhere except in the fire pit. Please park inside fits as we share a driveway with my neighbor up until the gate. NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
