The accommodation is distributed over the first floor of the house with an air conditioned kitchen, dining/living area, Wi-Fi, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodates up to 4 people. The ground floor is a separate entrance of neighbours who do not have any to the access to the first floor or to the 200 m² fenced plot with private pool and parking (2 cars). The property would suit a family or friends looking for a quiet location but within easy access of the nearby busier resort of Porec. This lovely house offers the best of both worlds and is an ideal base for anyone wishing to further explore the beautiful Istrian countryside.
