Fabulous country house with a traditional and typically Mallorcan character, recently renovated with excellent taste in 2,016, located on a rustic plot of 67,000 m2, and located on the top of a hill from which you can enjoy wonderful unobstructed views of both a large stretch of the Levante coast and the Sierra de Tramuntana and other nearby mountains, ensuring a feeling of calm and well-being.
The renovated house is perfectly oriented to the southeast, it has 320m2 of covered dependencies, plus open terraces both on the ground floor and on the first floor. Internally it is distributed in 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), a spacious fully equipped kitchen, an office, a large living room with a classic fireplace, a utility room, and distribution areas. The two bedrooms on the first floor have large private terraces from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the coastline, and one of them also has a rear terrace from which you can see the Sierra de Tramuntana. The house is equipped with “Siemens” appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a satellite dish that allows the capture of international channels in English, German, and other languages.
The exteriors of the house have various garden areas, infinity pool of 10.5m x 3.5m and depth from 0.4m to 1.6m, with a wide relaxation platform and easy access for children.
