Summary: We had booked the Deluxe double room for our 3 night stay at Tigran Mets. When we arrived we were put in a room with two single beds, we advised the hotel we had booked the Deluxe Double but unfortunately it was already in use. We were then offered an alternative double room which was not really up to standard. We were told we would be moved to the Deluxe Double the next morning when it was ready and the hotel stuck to the promise. The Deluxe room was 10x better than the previous room and I would highly recommend it. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly during our visit and gave tips on any excursions we wanted to do and what to see around Yerevan. The WiFi in the hotel was great also. Tigran Mets is located very close to the main square which makes it possible to visit nearly of the city on foot if you wish to do so. I would consider staying here again in future despite the error with the booking for the first night.
