Beautiful, PRIVATE, one level home with POOL AND JACUZZI! Fully furnished with all the comforts of home! Home has modern furnishings, a very "open" floor plan, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, high end tile floors and ceiling fans in every room.
Your private back yard has a sparkling Pool and jacuzzi, a covered patio area that includes: outdoor speakers and seating table so you can relax while enjoying your favorite drink and watching friends swim! (or enjoying that morning cup of coffee). The outdoor table seats 6 people so you can enjoy your meals inside or out! There are plenty of lounge chairs to seat around the pool. In the evening the automated lighting system illuminates making the pool and yard very peaceful and serene. There is a beautiful Fire Pit area with chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the moment with friends or family! Backyard comes complete with Cornhole Game!
Maricopa is just outside of Phoenix so you are never far from it all; museums, galleries, downtown Scottsdale, hundreds of golf courses, shopping, zoo, amusement park and race track. Also, the award winning golf course, The Duke, is in Maricopa! It was ranked #1 for the "Best new course in Arizona" by Travel Golf (2003) and #1 for "player friendly course in Phoenix/Scottsdale" by Golf Tips Magazine (2006) . This home is walking distance to the newly opened Copper Sky Recreational Park, which is fun for the entire family! There are pools, outdoor stocked fishing lakes, walking paths, workout facilities etc etc etc... Also, just down the road is the UltraStar Multi-entertainment Center! Here there are movie theatres, lazer park, restaurants and lots of activities!!! One of Arizona's largest casinos Harrah's is just "a" min. drive away!!! Maricopa is just 45 minutes drive from phoenix airport. Its close to EVERYTHING, and its very nice, safe and quiet! You may not want to leave!

Master Bedroom has King Bed, flat screen TV . Large window and 9 ft sliding glass door that look out at the pool . Large Bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in closet, Jetted Jacuzzi Tub and stand alone shower.
