Summary: I messaged the owners twice to arrange for a transfer from the airport, as they offered that service in their listing for a surcharge, but they never responded and there was no one at the airport when we got there. There was one receptionist that was very helpful, other than that, the hotel and everything was subpar to what we thought we were getting.
