Summary: Check-in was remote and not super convenient when trying to do this from the sidewalk with your cellphone. There was a 50- fee for early check-in that was not expected. My electronic room lock was not functioning but a kind housekeeper was able to get me into my room. Overall I liked it -- but the check-in and phone support would make me think twice next time.
