My place is close to downtown Crestone. Many folks love my place because of the proximity to town - a two minute drive or a short cut through the woods is only a two minute walk! You'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere! It's the closest thing to living in a tree house! There are wonderful mountain views out the living room and the kitchen/dining big picture windows in this open-plan house. Plus there is the wonderful ambiance of having a lovely little porch, nestled in the woods.
This is a large house that has been duplex-ed and designed for privacy, you have your own private entrance and entire top level to the house is yours. Two bedrooms for four people. In one of the bedrooms, there is a very small little 'lounging area'. It houses a foam mattress that is more like a narrow twin. It would be good for a slim person or a child. It's a tiny space with a window out to the tree tops that children love! There are two couches for plenty of seating. The living room, dining room and kitchen are in an open space. There is a full bathroom with a large tub/shower combination.
