The space

POOL|SPA:$100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 104 degrees.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
PETS:We are pet-friendly. Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet's stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.

There is no indoor connecting door to the attached casita. You will receive the code to get in with your check in instructions.
City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals:
Music cell phone only before 8 pm. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
After 8 pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
Occupancy of max 10 overnight and additional 5 people in the daytime.
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.
If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
Please know, we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed
