The living room is busting with coziness complete with a small library are inspiring books with ample seating to cozy-up in! The living area also is complete with a TV equipped with streaming services for you to log into. The living room fades into the dining and kitchen areas which are equipped to whip up an assortment of home-cooked meals, or great the day with a hot cup of coffee curated from the Keurig.
The living area, dining room, and kitchen are immersed in the trees where every window paints a moving picture of the outdoors and Old-Florida river vibes.
From the living room, there is a back porch area that oversees the rear end of the property. The screened-in porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors without being bombarded (entirely) by the elements which allows you to enjoy a light rain without the downsides. The back lanai is also equipped with ample seating for you and your friends to relax and enjoy. There is also a game-board for chess or checkers for you to enjoy on the porch as well. Both the main living area and the master bedroom have direct access to this area.
If you head downstairs you'll be greeted by the game/ miscellaneous area which is perfect for fun activities, grilling, or hanging out! There's an assortment of games from darts and ping-pong as well as a hammock to literally hangout in!
If you head through the back gate that's where the real gem of the property resides! The back area allows direct access to the Santa Fe River via curated steps. If you just want to sit and relax there are plenty of areas to do so from the fire-pit area to the raised deck equipped with two Adirondack chairs.
The Santa Fe River is perfect for bird watching, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and an assortment of river-related activities. There's something calming about the water that brings thousands of people to it every year!
This retreat offers two bedrooms thoughtfully adorned with bohemian decor. In one bedroom, you'll find two comfortable twin beds, while the master bedroom boasts a spacious full-queen bed. The parking situation is in the front of the property and can support two full-sized vehicles.
