Summary: We were very impressed upon our arrival at the property. There were lots of amenities and the beach area was excellent. The grounds were well maintained.The first issue was our door key code would not work, after a while we had to have a key brought to us. The key code would work intermittently. We then discovered the wifi was not working. They brought a wireless modem and they never got the wifi working. New wire had to be run and they couldn't connect it because the technician did not have a connection head. That seems a bit strange to me. The drains in the master suite were slow and we noticed after a while there was a black dust on all the floors.There were small black ants all over the balcony and in the unit. The down stair neighbors mentioned they had them too.To top this all off we lost water pressure on Christmas Day. They did take care if it rather quickly.With all of this we did enjoy our stay. We saw Turtles and baby Barracuda's in the Marina and there are a lot of nice boats.If you are looking to buy something in The Bahamas, take a look at Palm Cay.
