Summary: Lovely, modern, comfortable room and a perfect base for my son’s graduation. Staff were great. Would have given five stars, but the parking situation was disappointing. One of the reasons I booked was that the hotel advertised parking and I know that parking in Jesmond is hard to come by without paying NCP prices, however, when we arrived the parking was full. We ended parking a 30-minute walk away. If more parking was available, it would have been five stars for sure.
