Bring the family to this spacious lakefront getaway. The Guesthouse offers two bedrooms, a spacious living area and a well-furnished kitchen for all your cooking needs - high speed internet and streaming are available to a Roku enabled TV for entertainment. We are situated on 6+ acres with beautiful low bank waterfront, lots of pasture and a private drive for a secluded vacation experience. Enjoy biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, fishing, swimming and campfires.
The Guesthouse is located in the middle of our 6-acre lakefront property, which also features a growing mini farm. The Guesthouse is a quaint 840 sq ft mobile home and provides the perfect place to make memories with your family or surround yourself in a peaceful working environment (with high-speed internet). Whether you come to enjoy watersports, throw in a line, ride mountain bikes in Capital Forest, or retreat & refresh, we know you’ll enjoy your stay.
The Guesthouse has two bedrooms - the 1st has a queen bed; the 2nd has a full futon. Two additional air mattresses are available with bedding if needed or a pup tent is available if the kids want to sleep under the stars.
The Guesthouse also has a covered picnic shelter to get out of the sunshine while relaxing in your hammock, or sitting by the fire during a rain shower.
Private access to separate guesthouse with your own yard area, fire pit, covered outdoor shelter and private beach / waterfront area with dock in swim season. We also have several kayaks and paddleboards that are available on request.
Ruby and Sarge are our friendly dogs, but they run the place, so we ask that you don’t bring pets. We are minutes from the Capital Forest which boasts miles of ATV and mountain bike trails, along with hiking trails with tri-mountain views.
We are rural but just 10 minutes from Tumwater shopping and the Olympia west side, with Costco, Walmart, West Marine and more.
Boats and jetskis are welcome and can launch at nearby Columbus Park or the public ramp, which is across the lake. Tie up buoy is available for overnight mooring off the shore of the property.
