This beautiful air-conditioned brick house was completely renovated in 2018 with taste by a French couple in love with Tampa Bay for its relaxed lifestyle.
In July 2019 we made a new bathroom with shower and sink.
We also repainted the exterior facade.
Composed of a beautiful living room and a very large living room, you will enjoy 2 large bedrooms and plenty of cupboards and storage.
The master bedroom with a large King bed is fitted with blackout curtains and double glazing, to make your nights sweeter. There is also a 55 "television
You will have the choice for your meals between a quiet and bright stay, or a dining area in the very large living room to enjoy the TV while eating.
In this very pleasant and charming living room, with its beautiful red brick fireplace, you can have a drink on comfortable leather sofas, watch your series on Netflix, or play a game of billiards while sipping a fresh fruit juice. .
The fully equipped kitchen (hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster ...) will allow you to prepare wonderful meals.
In the evening you can relax on the large terrace, without the risk of mosquitoes, thanks to its mosquito net structure. On our BBQ you can have a barbecue evening, with family or friends.

Uber or Lyft services will allow you to go and have a festive evening in Ybor City, without having to worry about parking or consuming cocktails.

We are close to the university (USF), 15 minutes from the Busch Gardens theme park and the Tampa Zoo, 15 minutes from downtown and close to restaurants including local restaurant chains
40 minutes from the first beaches of immaculate white.
1 hour from Disney parks.
20 minutes from our airport, including the most beautiful beaches in the USA and the wonderful Bush Garden park.
Travelers will have access to my entire house except a room that remains locked for our personal belongings.
This accommodation is our holiday home which we rent when we are not present.
Our daughter lives nearby and can answer your questions. She speaks English, Spanish and French

Cette belle maison en briques, climatisée a été totalement rénovée en 2018 avec gout par un couple de français amoureux de Tampa Bay pour sa douceur de vivre.
En juillet 2019 nous avons fait une nouvelle salle de bain avec douche et lavabo.
Nous avons aussi repeint la façade extérieure.
Composée d un beau séjour et d un très grand salon, vous profiterez de 2 chambres de belle taille et de nombreux placards et rangement.
La chambre principale avec un grand lit King est équipée de rideaux occultant et du double vitrage, pour que vos nuits soient plus douces. Il y a aussi une télévision 55"
Vous aurez le choix pour vos repas entre un séjour calme et lumineux , ou un coin repas dans le très grand salon pour profiter de la télé en mangeant.
Dans ce salon très agréable, au charme fou, avec sa belle cheminée en brique rouge, vous pourrez boire un verre sur de confortables canapés en cuir, en regardant votre série sur Netflix, ou faire une partie de billard en sirotant un jus de fruit frais.
La cuisine toute équipée (Plaques de cuissons, Four, Frigo, Congélateur, Micro-onde, Lave-vaisselles, cafetière, grille-pain...) vous permettra de préparer de merveilleux repas.
Le soir vous pourrez vous détendre sur la grande terrasse, sans risque de moustiques, grâce à sa structure en moustiquaire. Sur notre BBQ vous pourrez faire une soirée grillade, en famille ou entre amis.
Proches de nombreux commerces et restaurants.
Les services Uber ou Lyft vous permettrons d aller faire une soirée festive à Ybor City, sans subir les soucis de parking ou de consommation de cocktail.
De nombreuses attractions se trouve à moins d une heure.
C'est une grande maison, rénovée en 2018, dans un quartier calme, proche de toutes les commodités.
Vous profiterez d une grande terrasse protégée par moustiquaires et d un agréable jardin.
Nous sommes proche de l université (USF), à 15 minutes du parc à thème Busch Gardens et du zoo de Tampa, à 15 minutes du centre ville et à proximité des restaurants dont les chaînes de restaurants locaux
A 40mn des premières plages d un blanc immaculé.
A 1h des parcs Disney.
A 20 mn de l aéroport de chez nous, dont les plus belles plages des USA et le merveilleux parc Bush Garden.
Les voyageurs auront accès à toute ma maison sauf une pièce qui reste fermée à clé pour nos affaires personnelles.
Ce logement est notre maison de vacances que nous louons quand nous ne sommes pas présents.
Notre fille habite à proximité et peut répondre à vos questions. Elle parle Anglais, Espagnol et Français
