Summary: Friendly guy at front desk, work hard to get us in early. Unlike Grand Adirondack rude at front desk when I asked at 2:30 pm if they possibly had a room again 7 hour drive in a snow storm. He laughed at me didn’t check to see if rooms were available. “Check is at 4pm strictly “ and continued to laugh. Next morning he le someone check in early I called him out he said she was just adding a room.
