You will find yourself nestled in the valley between three major ski regions to include Telluride, Powderhorn and Crested Butte which are within an hour drive. During Spring, Summer, and Fall, the hiking, fly fishing and golfing are unparalleled. These are just some of the amenities right outside your door.
We offer a wide array of amenities to include a fully fenced back yard, washer & dryer, secure parking, WiFi, and the location is within walking distance to the Historic Downtown area, the hospital, movie theaters and parks.
Come and visit us on the forgotten side of the Rockies where you are sure to be enchanted and taken back in time to a slower pace and uninterrupted views of mountains and plateaus as you explore the area.

I love that there is a bike path on the same block. If you take it to the South, it will take you to the pavilion and the botanical garden. If you take it to the North it will take you to Main Street and a little further to one of the best family parks in Montrose.
