Recently fully renovated in a style which combines the essence of casual Hamptons and provincial France this lovely house offers a location which is only a 3 minute walk to the ocean. Situated on one of the highest points in Guilderton it offers breathtaking views of the Moore River meeting the Indian Ocean. The two verandahs, each with seating for six, offer perfect settings for sunrise breakfasts, long, languid lunches and aperitifs while enjoying the stunning sunsets.
The kitchen is a haven for those who love to cook and the pantry is well supplied. It is fully equipped with all of the essentials including a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Pots and pans and serving platters are provided as is tableware, glassware and cutlery and servers. A gas barbecue is situated on the verandah.
The lounge furniture consists of two comfortable couches, an ottoman, an occasional chair and coffee table. The dining table seats six. A Smart TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker are in the main living area. French and English DVDs, magazines, books and board games are available for guests’ enjoyment.
The main guest bedroom is situated on the top floor with the kitchen and living/dining space. The second bedroom and bathroom are on the ground level with a more casual living space. Beds are prepared for guests’ arrival and bath towels are supplied.
Beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided as are sun lounges for use in the garden.
The large garden has beautiful lawns and native flowers, and a bountiful olive grove. A generous vegetable patch is available for guests’ use.
