Every detail is designed for ease, from air-conditioned comfort in the master bedroom to a warm outdoor shower that makes sandy feet disappear in seconds.

Upstairs is where the magic happens - a huge open-plan living space flooded with natural light, polished concrete floors underfoot and doors that open wide to bring in the sea breeze.
