Summary: This hotel was just like the pictures and there was hardly anything out of place. The customer service was always quick and professional whenever I needed anything or had a question. I place a premium on the air conditioning which many fancy hotels only pretend to have and deny any issues when you complain. That was not an issue here as the room was cold just as I preferred. The breakfast was very tasty and a combination of buffet style and made to order. The room did need some minor touch ups and the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. Another bonus was that this hotel actually gives you premium bathroom toiletry samples like shower gel and shampoo, which other hotels have phased out. I would probably stay here gain if return to lstanbul.
