The beaches in the area are word class. The beautiful unpopulated New Brighton Beach is directly out the front, one minute walk. This is a dog friendly beach and fabulous for swimming and surfing. At the end of our road is a remote secret beach known to locals as 'Christmas Beach'
This beach is on the river mouth over looking brunswick heads and excellent for sunsets and all day hangs with children as great shade and beautiful calm water - Children love this beach. The New Brighton River is close and runs right through the village, great for swimming at low tide, stand up paddle boarding and also fishing! (paddle board into Burns, so fun)
