Summary: When we first arrived, our room was not clean. It smelled of body odor and the A/C unit was very loud and obviously malfunctioning. We had to get a change of room after 1 hour and a fee. We were given a cleaner room but the A/C unit seemed not to work well and the sink drain was slow as molasses to drain. The most egregious finding was a visibly soiled dirty underwear under one of our queen sized beds. The hallways smelled like marijuana and we even smelled that during the night when we were trying to sleep. On a good note, the bathroom was clean and everything in the 2nd room seemed to work fine. If you desperately need a place to stay in an urgent situation this will do. But, don't expect much in customer service or cleanliness.
