* Important Note - We believe this two-storey property (of 126m2) is best suited to adults, for safety reasons (the timber staircase and balcony furniture could pose a risk to schildren, therefore we do not take bookings that include children under 12 years old).
Sunset Deck is nestled in a quiet location, surrounded by other permanent residents. It is definitely NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO LEAVERS or PARTIES etc. NO PETS.

The generous sized rear courtyard on the east and south side of the property includes a BBQ in the undercover area and a full-size washing line. There is parking at front (2 vehicles max) and more at rear (1 vehicles max, including access and parking for a trailer, or small boat or jetski etc).
HOUSE RULES:
* No children under age of 12 years please (safety and lack of provisions)
* No pets
* No parking on Astroturf
* No street parking (local council regulations)
* No loud music etc after 10pm and before 8:00am (local council regulations)
* No extra guests - maximum 6
