There is a first floor bedroom with a queen size bed and a full hallway bathroom with tub and combination. New for 2024 is a half bath off the living room. On the second floor the second bedroom features a full size bed and the third bedroom includes two twins. For your added enjoyment, each bedroom also has a smart TV to sign into your own accounts and enjoy. WI-FI, sound bar, board games, beach books, and binoculars are all also available for your use. Outdoors relax in the large yard beautiful brand new 20x20 stamped concrete patio, covered gazebo with beautiful new outdoor furniture, automatic outdoor night lighting, Weber grill, storage shed with lawn games, six beach chairs, two umbrellas, two coolers, a beach cart and beach toys. The home has also has a hot and cold outdoor shower and is cooled on the main floor with a wall AC unit and 3 additional window AC units in the bedrooms. You are 9.8 mile to the center of Cape May City history, restaurants, shopping and beaches, as well as 8.2 miles to the beaches and Amusement parks of Wildwood. This home will be supplying mattress protectors, pillows/protectors, quilts and kitchen towels. Please bring your own linens, bath towels and beach towels for your stay. No pets are permitted.
