This FULLY renovated property has new kitchen, big living room, 3 cozy bedrooms with full (double) beds & new bathroom. Four beach passes, PRIVATE PARKING SPOT, linens/towels/paper products PROVIDED. Sit on front porch, or take short walk to boardwalk, games, restaurants & aquarium. Train station is 1 mi. away. Smart lock access, WIFI, TV, beach toys, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC also included. 2 beach bikes on property!
*Guests required to have positive reviews to book, be minimum 25 yrs old, be a part of the group staying on property and provide ID. Town requires names and permanent residence of all guests in group. NO PETS
There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.

Summary: Book it. The home is gorgeous and we had a wonderful trip! Immaculately clean and close to the beach. Lots of good restaurants, Salty’s ice cream shop & Jenkinsons all in walking distance. Robin’s super responsive and the welcome basket of treats is a nice touch!:)
